REAL MEN

Many guys feel they have what it takes to be a real man. Growing up they see their dads and mentors showing them images of men acting like men. So to them they see real men, blind to the fact that no analization was performed prior. So if they didn't really figure out what a real man is, then what is it?

Is a real man the guy who drinks and vomits all over his friends, or is it a man who cries everytime he watches the Notebook? Well I'll tell you what a real man is.

Many guys may disagree with me, that's totally okay. This is my opinion and opinions is where it probably begins.

As a young man all boys have a different start in life. No one man start life the same, even if your a twin. So no matter what your opinion will start to form as you start to handle stress and happiness. Some will learn to yell, some will learn to fight, some will learn to run, and some will learn to out smart.

No matter the situation a man faces, they all should start with one thing, faith. A sense of purpose or cause is what's going to first help overcome or embrace, morally. What next, what if you don't believe in something higher or a purpose? Well then, that's the first step. without faith it's going to be tough to believe in yourself or something else. With faith in something will help give hope.

So faith is there and your your wondering what else makes a man. The next step is integrity and service before self. Most military branches preach this and for good reason. Now if you think it's only good to do the right thing when no one is looking, think again. The amount of damage can be weighted much more than you think; your wife, girlfriend, family, friends all trust you will do the right think when there gone. The moment you destroy that trust, the man they see is altered. Now, service before self is just that; helping others with a degree of sacriface. To me a real man will sacrifice to help another, no matter the relation. You never know when your act of selflessness will be needed in return. So, are you a real man so far?

What about your drive, and attitude, are you aggressive and overbearing? That probably gets you what you want. Well, a real man realizes the pain inflicted on others is not worth the gain. A man will always want more, for those who realize the degree of going about getting it will understand what it means to be a real man.

So, you've made it this far, and would like to know what's next? Lets move to relationships.

Your probably think I'm going to say stay faithful and don't cheat, well we all have situations, and if your girl is just to much, or if you just made a huge mistake then that's your call. Where a real man comes to play is when the decision is made. A man needs to stand for what he decides and needs to say what he wants. Many guys don't stand up and say this is what I need, they act like they do, but really don't. You guys know what I mean. Try not acting always with the small head. That one will almost always get you in trouble, fun trouble, but trouble nonetheless.

A real man should also know what beer is favorite is. If your not sure, then you have work to do. If you say mikes lemonade, slap yourself and wake up, that's not a beer, and will never be.

A real man should also want to have sex, it should always be on your mind. That doesn't mean have sex with every girl that doesn't belong to you. If your single and they're single, well that's different.

A real needs to know what music is he's favorite, and if it has Justin Timberlake you have a lot of work to do. If you know who Dino is or Sashmo, your okay in my books.

When they say real men wear pink; they're completing wrong, that's total bull.

Okay that's pretty much what i think a real man, it's short list but it covers some important areas.
